RALEIGH: Governor Roy Cooper appointed Scott Conrad as District Court Judge to Judicial District 25 serving Burke, Caldwell and Catawba counties today. He will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of The Honorable Burford Cherry. Conrad was also elected earlier this month for this seat.
